What is anterior thecal sac impingement and left foraminal impingement?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Spinal cord/nerve: the thecal sac surrounds and protects the spinal coral. The foramen are small opening which the spinal nerves pass through. Impingemnet is pressing or narrowing of the opening pressing on the nerve.
