Ekg: This is an ekg pattern otherwise known as left axis deviation. The electrical axis of ekg vectors can point neutral, leftward or rightward. Marked deviations to the right or left may or may not be significant and if there are no other ekg abnormalities they do not necessarily signify cardiac pathology. A cardiologist can evaluate you and advise you. Left axis deviation often is a normal variant.
