Don't understand ???: Not sure how you were diagnosed with "microcephaly" at 33 yrs of age. 52 cm is smaller than "average", but still falls within 2 standard deviations of average (which means it's essentially normal). You also have to correlate it with your adult height to figure out where you fall on the percentile curves. If this doesn't help please try and rephrase your question a little more clearly.
