Prostatectomy: Eliminates the organ that produces seminal fluid (the testis makes the sperm). Nerve sparing can allow for erction and orgasm, but ejaculate and juice are eliminated by gland removal. The testis may make sperm that can be extracted to fertilize in vitro.
