Possible bleeding: If you have actually torn the tendon or muscle, with gravity some of the potential bleeding may move down the arm and show up at the wrist.

Need to examine: A tendon issue near the shoulder should not result in a bruise near the elbow. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests.
