Be seen again: If there is any history of trauma to the wrist and no initial xray was done that should be done now. It is possible to have a hairline fracture that does not cause any swelling or bruising at the site. Even if it would have the potential to heal on its own it is not likely that a child would be keeping it immobilized on their own.

Simple solutions are splinting NSAID ice and stretching but done wrong it can make things worse so get evaluated.
