I had fingers lock up wher i can't move hand for about two minutes and the the tendons felt knotted up and i've had shots at least 6 in my lower arm.?

Trigger finger?: Your description is somewhat vague, however it sounds like trigger finger. If you have had injections with only temporary relieve, you might be a candidate for a very simple procedure. See you doctor or a hand specialist for more information.
