Yes: Yes it's normal. Those cells are a subset of the total WBC count. If your WBC count is low, that often needs follow. Those two cell types are often elevated in people with asthma and allergies. But there are causes as well. No need for concern at all with those numbers at zero.

Pre-COVID (and for many years prior) my CBC results were always normal, and during acute COVID my eosinophils were 0.09 (x E9/L), but now at 5 weeks after symptoms started it's up to 0.5 (mild eosinophilia?). What could cause this?
My 6 yr old had a cbc, results: WBC 8.2, neutrophils 49.5, lymphocytes 35.7, monocytes 9.9, eosinophils 4.6. He seems well, he just had some slight dizziness. Is this within normal limits?
CBC NORMAL EXCEPT MONOCYTES 15.3 AND BASOPHILS 1.3?
