Not a problem: There is generally no problem associated with low eosinophil counts, but this needs to be interpreted by your physician in the context of everything else that is going on with you.

Steroid replacement: If you have adrenal insufficiency you are probably taking oral corticosteroids like Prednisone to compensate for the absence of cortisone production by the adrenal glands. One effect of corticosteroids is to suppress eosinophil production. This is reflected in low eosinophil counts in your cbc. But dr. Stevens is correct - it's not a problem to worry about.
