What would cause decreased pulmonary vascularity?

Less blood in PA: If the is decrease blood flow into pulmonary artery pa or any of it's branches then there will be decrease pulmonary vascularity. In babies some congenital disease like atresia of pa and tetralogy of fallot can cause that , in adults pulmonary embolus or clots in pa can cause that.
