Maybe . . .: In general, self-esteem has two main components: (1) "i'm a worthwhile or good person, " and (2) "i have knowledge and ability." you can help by always treating her with respect and love, and by learning from her or relying on her ability on projects together. But, remember, you're not responsible for her self-esteem or well-being. This could also be a symptom of depression.
