How to deal with my low self esteem?

Building an identity: Self-esteem is an important part of our sense of self and well being. There are no magic solutions, but taking good care of oneself by avoiding outbursts and taking good care of ourself is a start. Working towards goals, not giving up, and achieving them is important to a realistic positive sense of self. Counseling can help set goals and work on negative self-statements.

Be a good person . .: Self-esteem has two major components: positive answers to these questions = healthy self-esteem: (1) am i a good or worthwhile person, worthy of love? And (2) are my actions (work, contributions) worthy of praise? To build self-esteem, determine what changes (growth) you could make to become a better person, and make plans to perform better at what you do (learn, practice). Avoid the easy route.

This is tough : since I dont know you or what you have going on medically or what stressors you face. Writing down a list of compliments and good things in your life/people is helpful. Try to draw out how you want your life to be and remember you can do anything. you need to try and get some help and education about what needs to be done and how to go about it. Dont give up, you are worth it.
