Evidence sketchy: Tyrosine is the precurser for making Dopamine and norepinephrine, both thought to have a role in adhd. However, taking large amounts of it doesn't necessarily raise brain amounts of these substances enough to make a difference. Omega 3 is being used for many disorders, including adhd, and may help some but probably best as supplement to standard stimulants.
