Lots of options: Melatonin, valerian root, ashwaganda, and many other options are available. Your sleeping environment and habits are at least as important. Pitch black darkness is helpful. Avoiding caffeine especially at night. Exercise in the morning can help you fall asleep at night. If you are having stress, try to fix it. Insomnia can be treated!

Supplements can be found over the counter at most drug stores. This is a temporary fix, as we get older caffeine intake during day, alcohol at night an affect our ability to get sleep, soo decreasing these can also help.
