Not really: Blood sugar is just that blood sugar, even the constant glucose monitors which rely on a sensor inserted subcutaneously under the skin) require you to do blood suger at least twice a day to calibrate the sensor. All other methods using technology to try to get an aproximation like infrared dispersion have not been reliable enough.
