Can chiropractors help with numbness in feet and legs?

Sometimes: If the cause is related to problems in your back, chiropractic manipulation can often reduce symptoms and improve feeling. It rarely produces a cure, but can delay surgery or other invasive treatment options. If the cause of numbness is not related to the back though (such as diabetic neuropathy), then chiropractic medicine will not be much help.

Etiology?: There are many reasons why one can have numbness and tingling in the feet and legs. For example: diabetes is one, in this case you would be remiss if you are only seeing a chiropractor. If the numbness is from a radiculopathy (pressure on a nerve in the back) then a chiropractor could possibly help you. You need to definatively figure out why you have the numbness.
