Is there a quick fix for a tension headache?

Meditation: True tension headaches are very common. Relaxation of the muscles in the cervical spine and shoulder region are very important. Meditation classes which teach relaxation and “mindfulness-based stress reduction” can be effective. There is no quick fix, changing the way you respond to stress and tension is crucial and will help in the long run.
