How to fix my daughter's tension headaches?

Likely migraines: If your daughter is having frequent headaches, even as little as one every two weeks, they are likely migraines. Even though they may be in the neck, they are still likely migraines. She should see a neurologist; there are very good treatments available. She may need a preventative agent depending on the frequency and an acute agent for the headache. She may also have rebound headaches.

How old is she?: The first question is how old is your daughter? Addressing the root cause of what is causing her to feel tense is the most important thing you can do. How was she diagnosed with tension headaches? Does she have any other past medical history? Is she taking any medications?
