How should i treat cardiomegaly with water retention, pitting edema, and dyspnea?

Diuresis/peeing: This question describes the symptoms of heart failure and should be evaluated by a physician/nurse practitioner - esp if this is a new problem. However, the usual treatment will be managing fluid intake (mostly by managing salt consumption) and through increasing diuresis/peeing through medications.
