Niacin & Primrose : Niacin is a great solution for raising HDL naturally. I typically recommend patients take time released Niacin to minimize the flush at a dose of 500mg three times per day. Ask you doctor before going this route of course. Another great remedy is to add evening primrose oil to your dietary supplements. Let me know how you do.

Exercise, fish oil: Exercise, both aerobic and strength-training can improve hdl. Omega 3 fatty acids (as found in fish oil supplements) also have good clinical data showing HDL improvements.
