No, the atherosclerotic vascular change due to blood pressure and dyslipidemia is a chronic process which takes years to manifest.

We are all at risk of atherosclerosis. Maintaining healthy weight, control of blood pressure, normal lipid levels, abstaining from tobacco, avoiding diabetes, regular exercise will reduce but not eliminate the risk.
