All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, none of you values are a cause for immediate concern. It is good that you are working towards a healthy weight. Wish you good health!

You may be ingesting too much cholesterol & saturated fats. Exercise alone won't correct that. Your HDL is too low and I'd strive to get it to 50. Are you dieting to lose weight? I recommend seeing a registered dietician for a one time consultation about your ideal weight, proper daily calorie intake& proper diet. Purified liquid omega 3 fish oil will raise your HDL & lower triglycerides.
