Stop testosterone!: More likely than not, testosterone replacement therapy, whether by injection, cream/lotion/gel or patch, will render a man infertile. Therefore, if you're trying to conceive, he has to stop his t replacement. Depending upon dose & duration, it may take upwards of 2yrs to regain sperm production. In meantime, off-label use of hcg, Clomiphene & tamoxifen etc have been studied to increase t & sperm.
