Yes; could be PCOS: You can conceive but may have pcos. Diagnosing pcos needs 2 out of 3 of: 1. Irregular or no periods 2. Clinical signs like acne, hair growth and/or blood tests showing too much male-type hormones (androgens) like testosterone 3. Ultrasound appearance of polycystic ovaries: high volumes or antral follicle counts. We also "rule out" thyroid, prolactin, or adrenal gland problems. See a fertility md.
