Not really: Measles rash occurs after several days of high fever, runny nose, nasty conjunctivitis and often cough. It starts at the head and moves downward and is red and flat and often very expansive all over the body.. Hand foot and mouth usually is blistery and occurs on the hands, feet, mouth, and groin areas most commonly.
