If i take a liver enzyme blood test, will it detect alcohol i drank?

No: If you want to know the level of alcohol , then your doctor have to order blood alcohol level specifically. The liver enzyme test will not tell you alcohol level. However, alcohol certainly will affect your liver function. If you have been drinking a lot for many years, alcohol can lead into liver cirrhosis and risk for liver failure and liver cancer.
