Can be helped: When feeling very distressed or anxious, some people will have extreme reactions including getting nauseous or even vomiting. It is not a healthy response to stress but with treatment it can get better. Relaxation techniques and cognitive-behavioral therapy can be quite effective for overcoming the problem.
