Yes to both: Examples of each: prevention: limiting exposure to uv light prevents skin cancer, screening colonoscopy prevents colo-rectal cancer. Treatment: all cancers can be treated and some can be cured, e.g., childhood leukemias, neuroblastoma, hodgkin lymphoma, and cancers in adults if detected early, e.g., breast, prostate and colon.
