Where on your foot?: There are over 126 ligaments in the foot. Any one of these may be "strained" and could cause pain individually or as a collective. The most common ligaments to be injured are around the ankle. Baps board exercises or resistance theraband exercises may do a lot to alleviate these injuries and prevent them from coming back.
