What is the difference between phlebolomist and vascular specialist?

Phlebotomy: A phlebotomist is a laboratory technician trained to draw blood. A vascular specialists is a surgeon specially trained to operate on the veins and arteries. Cardiologists can be considered another form of vascular specialist.

Phebology : I think you mean phlebologist. Phlebologist are vascular specialist doctor that focus on the problem of the veins. There are other vascular specialist like vascular surgeons and cardiothoracic surgeons which they focus mainly on arteries and hearts. A cardiologist is another vascular specialist for the heart. A phlebotomist is kind of lab technician that draws blood.

Vascular Surgeons: A board-certified vascular surgeon is considered a vascular specialist, i.e. expert in treating artery & vein conditions. They are the only specialist that has formal fellowship training in artery & vein surgery & interventions. Phlebologist is not recognized as a speciality by the American Board of Medical Specialties, i.e. anyone can say they are a phlebologist without any formal training.

Completely different: Phlebotomists are technicians that draw blood, vascular specialists are doctors who specialize in disorders of the vascular system.
