Recommend that: his vascular specialist also render an opinion. It is often very beneficial for the two specialists to talk about the patient's case.

Coronary artery: disease and peripheral vascular disease frequently co-exist, so it is not surprising that your brother has both conditions at the same time. His cardiologist and vascular surgeon should consult with each other.
