Hospital clinic: Some hospital clinics work on a sliding scale pay system depending on income. Keep in mind you can always pay cash. Persoanlly, I do not have dental insurance and when i go to the dentist i pay cash. You can "shop" around by calling the dermatologist and informing them you don't have insurance and ask what the price will be..Mention your problem. These are options....You get to decide.
