Restless leg Syndrom: Restless legs syndrome (RLS) is a neurological disorder characterized by throbbing, pulling, creeping, or other unpleasant sensations in the legs and an uncontrollable, and sometimes overwhelming, urge to move them.Occurs mostly at night. Get iron,magnesium,folate (folic acid) levels checked and replace if low,exercise,avoid caffeine,tobacco alcoholic beverages. Try urgentcare centers. Goodluck

Rest less leg syndrome: Hello, it could be that you have something called restless leg syndrome. In this condition when the legs are resting and you go to bed, you feel discomfort. Sometimes leg cramps at night are also related to potassium and magnesium deficiency.
