Leg lesion : A non healing lesion is concerning. Go to your pcp or, ideally, a dermatologist for evaluation....telemedicine should be a start too.

Non healing ulcer: Any non healing ulcer should be examined timely. Ideally in person as a focused exam including tests will be needed. Best would be to start with your PCP, who has the best view on your medical history/ current treatment and will be able to further coordinate if dermatology input is needed
