Any food or supplements like spirulina, noni, flax, ganoderma, etc helpful for weak pumping heart?

Supplements: The best diet for a "weak heart" is one that is low in sodium (or salt) and fat (if there also is coronary artery disease). Some have suggested that coq 10 might be useful but studies show otherwise. These agents are all considered alternative therapies for which there is limited scientific data as of yet to support their use. See http://nccam.Nih.Gov/ for more details.
