No worry: You have not mentioned any symptoms- assume symptom less- many murmurs are benign- without underlying cause. Even anemia can cause a murmur. Echocardiogram will give you an answer!

You tell me: Murmur just means unexpected extra sound. The worst are picked up in infancy & associated with heart malformations. Those found in adults are often innocent flow murmurs but may indicate a leaky valve or other issue. Knowing the origin of a murmur allows you to quit worrying or find out what you need to do to monitor it.
