Was told it was safe to take ibuprofen with heart murmur, but i get palpitations after i take one. i've had palps checked & was told it was fine, but why do they come after i take meds?

There have been reports of getting palpitations after taking ibuprofen. Ibuprofen is fine to take with a heart murmur, however if you get palpitations as a result of taking, best to avoid. Other things can cause palpitations such as stress, coffee, lack of sleep, panic attack, exercise, stimulants, dehydration, dietary changes, medication changes, hormonal fluctuations, anemia and heart condition.
