Practice: Best way is to practice interviewing. Find a friend (or coach) and go through a simulated interview. You can prepare a list of questions to use for the simulated interviews. Once you have a chance to rehearse, anxiety will be less. Remember also some anxiety is normal for any interview, especially if you care about the outcome. Accept that. Don't be too harsh on yourself. Try to enjoy it.
