See your doctor: A detailed history and physical is needed here. Your pulses need to be examined and your legs checked for varicose veins. It's also possible that it is not a vascular problem!

Doubtful: At age 31, significant vascular disease is unlikely. It is much more probable that the pain is related to another cause.
