Flat footed and torn tendons. what is my future in dance?

Depends: Look, you were dancing before and flatfooted so that part is not new. It depends which tendon you are referring to. If it is the posterior tibial tendon chances are the tears are longitudinal. Conservative a=care would be orthotics. Then there is always the surgical route. There are stages of adult acquired flatfoot, so depends where you fall in that system. Hopefully, you aren't that bad.

Depends on the dance: Chances are, you will not be successful in classical ballet, wherein the pointe position requires an intact foot structure. There are a number of folk dances, even some irish clogging dances, which might work for you with the right shoes. Slow dancing (with the right partner) should work just fine!
