What can i do for a torn tendon in my left foot?

If its torn: I would see a foot doc for further evil and treatment. If function is lost, repair of the tendon may be a consideration. If a longitudinal treat is present immobilization is recommended. Depending on your level of activity, a decision between conservative and surgical management will need to be made.

See a podiatrist: A podiatrist or orthopedist can provide you with treatment options. If the tear is incomplete, perhaps reduced activities and immobilization will help it to heal. If the tear is big enough, surgical repair is often necessary. Sometimes mris are ordered to assess the full extent of injury.
