I fell and hurt my knee. it was swelling and it hurt so i put it up, wrapped it in a tensor bandage and iced it. should i wear the tensor to bed?

Knee pain: No i would not recommend wearing it to bed. Hey constrictive wrap around the leg while in mobile such as during sleep could promote blood clots. Keep the leg elevated while laying down should minimize the swelling. If your symptoms do not improve after 3 to 4 days then you should have your knee examined by a physician.

Usually not: This is usually not necessary. The downside of the bandage is that it may impede proper venous (blood) drainage from your leg leading to swelling. At night, you may not realize this is happening.
