A member asked:

What are the benefits of gluten free food if you are not celiac?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

None: Not only are there no benefits to eating a gluten-free diet if you do not have celiac disease, but you become vitamin deficient and lack other nutrients as well. Not to mention the tremendous amount of effort and energy that would go into reading labels.
