i'm a very busy person & have no time to cook. i was diagnosed with celiac disease. would it be safe to consume gluten free microwaveable dinner daily?

No Recommended: Do not recommend eating microwavable meals on a daily basis, even the ones that advertise themselves as "healthy." These products are fine occasionally but eating them every night is not healthy long term. Plan nutritious meals ahead of time, do your shopping over the weekend, and keep the recipes simple so you can knock them out in under 30 min. Check out Blue Apron for delivery options.

Yes: You can fine many helpful guidelines on gluten free foods on line and many supermarkets have a gluten free section. Gluten free does not imply vitamin deficiency, but study up on your nutritional choices and you can follow a gluten free life in the fast lane. I've been doing it for some time.

Highly unlikely: Although corn starch may be used in medications, I am not aware of gluten products in pills. The best defense is reading labels.
