Other remedies for dust allergy? is the steroid nose spray a pretty good choice?

Avoidance: Dust free bedroom precautions like no carpet, no cloth draperies, hypoallergenic pillows, possibly a mattress cover, saline nose spray, anithistamines and nasal steroid sprays.
