Yes: Assuming you mean Robitussin dm, yes, you can take these on the same day. There are no shared ingredients in Robitussin and claritin (loratadine). While Claritin (loratadine) is sometimes taken for longer periods of time, if you have a persistant cough requiring robittussin for longer than a week or two, this should be evaluated by your physician before continuing with this otc med for too long.
