A member asked:

Anaphylactic shock from spring allergies? is that possible?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unlikely: Anaphylaxis is usually caused by stinging insects, foods, or medications. Spring allergens in the U.S. Are usually tree pollens. A systemic reaction to airborne pollens would be exceedingly unusual.
