Unlikely: Without having been exposed to an allergen and having developed allergies to an allergen, it is unlikely to develop anaphylaxis from the first exposure. Consult an allergist for allergy testing to see if there are any allergens that you are allergic to and need to be aware of.

Anaphylaxis is rare: Be reassured that serious anaphylaxis is rare especially in people who have no known reactions or allergies. Er's are well equipped to handle it. I see that you have a known anxiety disorder. I hope that you have a mental health provider that you can discuss this with. I do not agree that you should be tested for allergies if you have never had a reaction.
