Yes: Anaphylactic shock is treated with epi in almost all cases.

Epinephrine: Epinephrine is still the drug of choice, although with a beta blocker in the system, one may not be enough and it is advisable to carry 2 doses. In case of protracted anaphylaxis that does not respond to epinephrine, glucagon can be used in the er.
