If not coincidental: One of the things to consider as a possible cause is reiter's syndrome which has a triad of heel pain, urethritis and conjunctivitis.

Possibly: You may have reiter's syndrome which is a syndrome of arthritis, urethritis and conjunctivis. You should see a physician and get this checked.
